Ensure that the assigned agent: a) Contacts the client on the same day or within 24 hours to further discuss the clients wishes and get the home buying/selling process started. We will follow up with the agent and the client in 24 hours to check your progress and offer any assistance, if needed. b) Proives the client with the welcome letter available in Client Central. The assigned agent is required to provide the client with a copy of the welcome letter. c) Provides updates in Client Central upon any significant events, or at a minimum, on the 1st and 15th of every month.
